set_magic_quotes_runtime --  Imposta il valore attuale di magic_quotes_runtime

Descrizione

bool set_magic_quotes_runtime ( int new_setting)

Imposta il valore del parametro di configurazione magic_quotes_runtime (0 per off, 1 per on).
